Goguen Team CF Frames

Yesterday I started in earnest working on the five frames for Team CF; a team started by the Goguens. The Goguens are a family in Massachusetts with 11 children; most of whom are very good racers. Two of the children have cystic fibrosis and the team was formed to rasie awareness of what it possible with this condition. The frames will be made from Columbus Life tubing. The frames for the older two riders will have 1.5″ down tubes and 1.25″ top tubes. The three smaller riders will have 1.375″ down tubes and 1.125″ top tubes. All the frames will have 1.25″ seat tubes. While each frame is custom for each rider there are definitely some areas for batch processing. I mitered all five sets of chain stays and and all five seat tubes in a batch.
